The Tata Punch is a subcompact crossover SUV that Tata Motors unveiled in 2021. It mixes a sporty and tough design with a variety of cutting-edge features and technologies. The Punch, which is positioned as Tata's smallest SUV, is constructed on the ALFA-ARC platform. We can assist you in choosing the Tata Punch model that offers the most value for your money if you're thinking about buying one.

The Renault Kiger, Maruti Suzuki Ignis, Citroen C3, and Hyundai Grand i10 Nios are some of the Tata Punch's primary rivals.

The Tata Punch's wide stance and aggressive front grille give it a strong image. Sleek LED headlights with integrated DRLs are complemented by a wide grille with honeycomb mesh and black accents that dominates the front fascia. Its rustic beauty is accentuated by the sculpted bonnet.

The Punch has a commanding appearance thanks to its wide wheel arches, black cladding, and sharp character lines running along its length. Split tail lamps, a roof-mounted spoiler, a sculpted tailgate featuring the large Tata emblem and black bumper cladding are all present at the back.

A 7-inch floating touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto is available inside the Tata Punch. It also features a 4-speaker audio system with speech recognition and Bluetooth connectivity. The SUV has a 7-inch digital instrument cluster that displays information in real-time on a variety of topics, including speed, fuel level, and remaining until empty. Automatic climate control, keyless entry with push-button start, power windows, a rear wiper and washer, and eco and city driving modes are further noteworthy features.

The Tata Punch is propelled by a 1.2-liter Revotron petrol engine, which produces a maximum of 87.8 BHP and a maximum of 115 Nm of torque. It can be combined with either a 5-speed manual gearbox or a 5-speed AMT (automated manual gearbox), depending on the version. The engine's performance is smooth and refined, making it ideal for daily city driving and sporadic highway journeys.

However, the Punch exhibits acceptable straight-line stability and can easily reach speeds of up to 120 km/h. It successfully manages body roll, giving a comfortable ride when navigating curves. In situations involving city driving, the electric power steering seems light. The Punch has disc brakes up front and drum brakes down back, providing dependable performance that meets expectations.
